About Me

Hello! I am Jay Rish, and I grew up right here in Gulf County, Florida. I earned my business degree from Auburn University and returned to Port St. Joe where I reside with my family and am active in church and civic organizations. I started my real estate career here 16 years ago and never left. As the area’s only third generation realtor and developer, I have sold or brokered almost 600 transactions totaling nearly a half billion dollars in closed sales and have been a Forgotten Coast sales leader for many years.

As a developer I have created valuable relationships with area financing specialists, engineering firms and local government benefitting my customers with more thorough and speedy transactions.
